Elephant Safari - Sri Lanka
It was a hot afternoon when my friend and I were escorted by Sanjaya, who showed us some of the delights of the Elephant Wildlife Safari park. We were joined by a tracker and they made our visit a very memorable one. With their knowledge and experience we were able to see the wonderful native habitat of these giants and their babies!!

My family and I first travelled to the beautiful island of Sri Lanka in the winter of 2003 .
We travelled extensively throughout the island visiting it's cities, beaches, wildlife parks and beautiful countryside and villages.
What a fabulous adventure. One that we’ve revisited twice again since.
Our wildlife safaris have been undertaken by Lankatracker and we were put at our ease right away. We found them to be vastly knowledgeable and extremely helpful and all in a friendly atmosphere. We found them to be genuinely driven to provide us with the best experience we could have wished for. My girlfriend and I booked Lankatracker's service through the internet.
It was very relaxing, that we could arrange everything remotely, the safari, the lunch box, the pick up, etc.
We even asked to pick us up and drop us off in different locations, but the answer was always YES from Lankatracker.
The safari itself was very exciting, we saw a lot of animals and birds, and we visited a lot of muddy and slippery tracks that the other - how to say, little worn out - vehicles were unable to cope with, so we were completely alone in these places.
We could clearly feel the difference in Sanjaya's approach and thinking compared to the locals, who do not have an English wife :), and I think if Lankatracker continues this way, they will have a lot of satisfied customers." Csaba and Ági from Budapest, Hungary.
Wonderful memories of visits to the Yala National Park in January 2012.
We were at the Taprospa Hotel, which is opened newly with wonderful atmosphere. We went around 5am with five of us with Lankatracker.
Their four wheel jeep went on mud tracks with ease and had the equipment to get us out of the mud! We saw one leopard, elephants, many varieties of birds, monitors and many deers.
Great time, this is a real safari!
